The Training Manager works with Sr. Director, Global Learning & Development to assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. The Training manager will facilitate and supervise Global training programs for employees. The Training manager will work cross-functionally with internal departments and with other important stakeholders to ensure that the organization training requirements meets the needs of each functional group. This position will be responsible for facilitating the establishment of divisional training and quality systems policies that would include standard workflows to support the policy and be a champion to support QMS training process and ensure that the key trainings are deployed well. This position will also ensure adherence to the processes, policies and procedures of the company and external regulatory agencies

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coach and facilitate workshops on how to effectively deliver training sessions across various formats, such as e-learning and in person workshops

  • Assists in the development and implementation of Recor Medical learning strategies and programs

  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and design effective training solutions

  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to package and help them deliver their training content.

  • Deliver and facilitate trainings

  • Recommend and implement innovative learning solutions

  • Measuring training effectiveness and adapting programs accordingly

  • Resolve specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary

  • Establish a training approval process and track completion alongside training budget

  • Create quality and training compliance awareness within the organization through training, standardized processes, and communication

  • Assist with audits

  • Design and create educational presentations, scripts, storyboards using various design tools

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement in the organization

  • Participates in department planning activities as applicable to training

  • Assist in the administration of the learning management system for the division

  • Maintains and manages compliant and effective training program and quality system for the activities in scope of the role.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree,

  • Proven experience in adult education, learning, development, and/or training

  • 5 years' work experience or higher in education related field in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other FDA-regulated industries

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems

  • Demonstrated expertise in problem solving tools and techniques

  • Ability to explain technical content to non-technical audience

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics

  • Demonstrated skills in driving accountability and organizing cross-functional activities.

  • Exceptional multitasking skills and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently

  • Process orientation (Ability to break tasks into sequential steps)


Preferred (not required)

  • Master’s degree

  • Experience with Cornerstone Learning Management System.

Salary Range : $134,000- $154,000 (Annual Base Salary)

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

Radiation Safety Requirement

Certain field-based roles at Recor Medical require work in environments where radiation sources (e.g., x-ray equipment) are in use. Employees in these roles will be issued a personal dosimetry badge to monitor occupational exposure and are required to wear it in accordance with company policy and applicable regulatory standards. This program is designed to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and to maintain radiation exposure at levels that are As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA). Additional guidance and protective equipment, as necessary, will be provided as part of onboarding and ongoing safety training.
