The Training Center of Excellence team has an excellent opportunity for a Training Manager to lead a team of technical trainers and to manage Underground Drilling training offering and training solutions. This position permanent and is based at our global technology and manufacturing center for drilling equipment in Tampere (Myllypuro), Finland.
Your mission – technically skilled, business minded inspiring leader
You will be part of the Training Center of Excellence management team. Your team - the Training Academy - will provide world-class technical and operator training for our Sales Areas and customers.
Your duties include
Your background and what we find important
We expect that you have energetic, innovative and proactive way of working combined with good communication and leadership skills. You have a suitable technical education (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) with relevant work experience in technical support or product development, including good understanding of BEV technology and digital solutions. You possess knowledge in mechanics, electrics, hydraulics, and/or automation. Experience in the heavy machinery industry and/or mining or tunneling environment is considered a big plus. You are outgoing and curious to understand modern learning techniques and methods and keen to apply those in the mining industry. As we operate in multi-cultural and international setting, you communicate fluently in English and other languages are considered a benefit.
