Department
As part of your duties in the Po Learning & Development department, you will be working as a Training Manager.
Role
The Training Manager is expected to actively evaluate local training system, suggest and implement improvements and share best practices with team manager colleagues in SVP area.
Ensure a high level of engagement and well-being in the team;
Ensure continuous development of the individual team members via cLEAN@ leadership, high-quality Individual Development Plans (IDP), performance management, training and planning;
Motivate, inspire, coach and provide timely feedback in accordance with the NN feedback model;
Set direction for, role model, and develop necessary capabilities for team members to be able to live up to the NN Way and local Key Behavioural Indicators (KBls);
Coach team members and demonstrate operational excellence in the design and execution of effective, efficient and compliant training, training projects & training administration, in line with current NN standards;
Drive organisation reviews and organisational development plans (ODP), recruitment, and adjustment according to current business needs;
Secure that the yearly engagement & work environment survey is handled, evaluated, and that actions are defined and followed up on;
Ensure that registrations, absences, performance cases etc are handled in due time and within the current standard.
The CVP Training Partner is responsible for the continuous improvement of the training system in alignment with area strategy and business needs.
Develop, own, and implement the training strategy and masterplan for the CVP area, together with CVP management and the SVP Training Partner and ensure anchoring in the overall area strategy;
Secure alignment, shared direction and goal setting within the team, including clarity of purpose, roles & responsibilities, in line with the corporate and SVP training strategy, goals and ambitions;
Advisor and sparring partner to the business unit's management for all training related matters, including the use of training as a strategic business lever to solve problems and improve business performance, the training process and compliance with relevant GxP requirements;
Be present at shop floor to understand business problems and to proactively identify how training can contribute to solving these problems with an investigative, problem-solution approach;
Ensure measurement of business impact, compliance and other KPls are carried out and reported to the business unit's management and the SVP Training Partner (functional dotted reporting line);
Participate in steering groups and other fora as necessary to ensure good decision-making and direction in relevant projects;
Participate in the Training Manager network led by SVP Training Partner.
Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Training for Competence system in the business area, in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements;
Perform process confirmation of training system & standards and continuously seek to further improve them; Ensure training system & team supports flow of continuous improvements to business processes and standards; Ensure alignment and collaboration between cLEAN@, Quality and Training teams & masterplans.
