-Responsible to plan and implement appropriate training programs to facilitate sales performance, optimizing technical knowledge of the representative and the persuasive approach employed by the sales force by combining this technical knowledge with selling skills and marketing strategy. Experienced sales support professionals responsible for delivering key sales support services (Training, analysis, demand planning etc).

Major accountabilities:

  • Plan, organize and deliver training programs for Sales Representatives and Specialty Sales Representatives on assigned promoted products with emphasis on product & disease knowledge.
  • Develop, update and deliver basic and advanced selling skills training for Sales Representatives, with focus on the Sandoz Sales Model as well as other courses such as communication skills -Work in close collaboration with the Brand Teams to develop & maintain training material/programs of currently promoted and new products to ensure competitiveness in the market place.
  • Plays an active role in the success of Cycle and National Sales Meetings by addressing regional and Brand training needs -Develop and implement impactful training with a focus on improving the C7 (Communication-Compounds-Competitions-Customers-Consumers-Corporate-Co mmercial) knowledge of Sales Representatives and Area Business Managers.
  • Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)

  • Improvement in sales capability nationally -Feedback from sales force on training effectiveness -Training hours completed
