What You’ll Be Doing

Training Strategy & Delivery

  • Develop and execute enterprise training strategies aligned to transformation and operational priorities
  • Deliver role-based training programs across frontline and corporate teams
  • Ensure alignment with change, communications, and go-live milestones

Design & Development

  • Create engaging, high-quality learning materials (digital, facilitator-led, and blended formats)
  • Partner with SMEs and business leaders to ensure content reflects real-world processes and customer journeys

Execution & Rollout

  • Lead the delivery of training across multiple locations and teams nationally
  • Manage training schedules, logistics, and delivery partners
  • Facilitate sessions where required and ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes

Capability & Adoption

  • Design and implement competency frameworks and assessments
  • Drive business readiness and adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working
  • Provide insights on readiness, engagement, and capability risks

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted partner to Operations, Customer Experience, Property, and Corporate teams
  • Influence leaders to drive engagement, accountability, and learning outcomes

Continuous Improvement

  • Champion innovative learning approaches, including digital and blended learning
  • Enhance training tools, frameworks, and experiences across the organisation

What You’ll Bring

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience as a Training Lead / Learning Lead / Capability Lead in large-scale transformation or IT programs
  • Strong background delivering training across complex, multi-system environments (ERP, CRM, etc.)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and system integrators
  • Demonstrated success driving user adoption and workforce readiness at scale
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable

  • Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or operational system implementations
  • Exposure to field-based or service-driven organisations
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment and/or change management certification (Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and blended learning solutions
