You’ll be part of the Commercial Enablement team at 99Food, responsible for equipping our fast-scaling salesforce with the tools, knowledge, and learning experiences they need to succeed.
As a Training Jr. Manager - Instructional Designer, your mission will be to design, develop, and manage scalable digital learning programs that support the continuous development of our Business Developers (BDs). You will transform strategic training initiatives into engaging, high-impact e-learning content, supporting a blended learning approach across onboarding, continuous education, and skill reinforcement.
You’ll work closely with the Sales Training Manager and Knowledge Team to build structured learning paths within our LMS, integrating instructional design best practices and ensuring all content is aligned with the field reality.
- Own the deployment, upload, and maintenance of digital learning content inside the LMS, including courses, microlearnings, quizzes, certifications, and interactive modules. - Create and apply training sessions for the commercial area- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), trainers, and other Enablement peers to transform business needs into engaging instructional materials.- Apply instructional design principles to develop content that is clear, practical, and tailored to adult learners in a high-performance sales environment.- Maintain a structured and easy-to-navigate course library, and organize learners into audiences, cohorts, and tracks based on sales profile and seniority.- Track learner engagement, completion, and performance metrics, using LMS dashboards to generate reports and recommend improvements.- Manage learning paths for onboarding, role transitions, product/process updates, and campaign training, ensuring they are well-integrated with field activities.- Continuously audit and improve learning experiences based on feedback, usage data, and evolving business needs.- Act as the go-to expert for all things related to LMS operation, governance, and content lifecycle within the Sales Enablement team.
- 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Digital Training, or LMS Management, preferably in a commercial or field-sales context.- Proven experience designing learning content using authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Articulate Rise, Canva, Google Suite, video editing platforms, etc.).- Hands-on experience managing and structuring LMS platforms such as Beedoo, Absorb, TalentLMS, SAP SuccessFactors, or equivalents.- Strong grasp of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick Model) and adult learning principles.- Ability to turn complex processes into intuitive, step-by-step learning experiences that drive real behavior change in the field.- Strong communication and project management skills, able to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.- A passion for education, technology, and operational excellence, and a desire to make learning frictionless and impactful.- Certifications in Instructional Design or LMS management are a plus.
