
What You Will Be Doing
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
The Aeronautics Global Production Operations organization is seeking a Training Integrator to join the Factory & Field Training Team in Fort Woth. The Training Integrator will serve as the primary liaison between Factory and Field Training and Production Operations for the Fort Worth location, overseeing the operational aspects of ongoing training projects. This role is responsible for tracking project status, Learning Plan enrollments, managing schedules, preparing reports, and ensuring that all initiatives meet productivity, quality, and client‑satisfaction goals.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
