About the Role

As a Training Instructor, you will design, develop and deliver training programs that enable dealers, company personnel and customers to effectively understand and apply product, service and professional capabilities.
You will play a key role in developing learning content, facilitating engaging training experiences, evaluating learning outcomes and continuously improving training programs to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
This role offers the opportunity to work across technical, sales, parts, management and product system technologies while partnering closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the business.

What You Will Do

Training Design & Development


• Develop and adapt training materials, learning activities and assessments.
• Create engaging learning experiences aligned to business objectives.
• Support the development of technical, sales, parts and management training programs.
• Ensure learning content remains relevant, accurate and aligned with changing business requirements.
• Deliver high-quality classroom, virtual and practical training programs.
• Establish clear learning objectives and desired outcomes for each training session.
• Create positive and engaging learning environments that support participant success.
• Facilitate learning for dealers, customers and employees across various capability areas.
• Measure training effectiveness through participant feedback and evaluation processes and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
• Analyse training outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Update learning materials and delivery methods to improve learner engagement and performance.
• Ensure course objectives are consistently achieved.
• Manage training administration activities including enrolments, rosters and participant records.
• Coordinate training logistics and classroom requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across learning programs.
• Research and stay current with industry developments, products, technologies and learning methodologies.
• Build expertise in product applications, machine systems, professional skills and industry trends.
