Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct the Line Orientation classes & Walk-around Training;
  • Liase with M&E for Walk-around Training materials and updates;
  • Maintain all Line Orientation course materials, manuals, and instructor guides to reflect the latest updates;
  • Review all company Standard Operating Procedures to ensure currency;
  • Assist Training Manager to develop & prepare the Line Orientation Materials.

Qualifications:

  • Technical competency preferably with a training background;
  • Good communication and leadership skills;
  • Good interpersonal, instructional, and organizational abilities;
  • Knowledge of CAD Regulations, airline policies, procedures, and standards;
  • Must be a current Flight Crew member of Hong Kong Express Airways.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Able to work independently;
  • Computer knowledge including Excel, Word, Power Point an advantage;
  • Instructional experience an advantage.
