Job Description

The Training Facilitator is responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent, and engaging training experiences for leadership. This role focuses on delivery, reinforcement, and field adoption to reduce the facilitation burden on leaders and ensure consistency across training programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training programs for Leaders.

  • Deliver training in field-appropriate environments, including jobsites, trailers, and regional offices.

  • Create engaging, discussion-based learning experiences for adult learners.

  • Adapt facilitation style to audience experience level while maintaining consistency.

  • Build strong relationships with Operations leaders and Field Management as a trusted training partner.

  • Gather real-time field feedback to improve program delivery and relevance.

  • Reinforce standard practices and leadership behaviors aligned with organizational values.

  • Partner with Instructional Designers and Training Coordinators to support pilot programs and new rollouts.

  • Maintain facilitator guides and job aids to ensure consistent delivery across regions.

  • Collect participant feedback and identify skill gaps to contribute to continuous improvement.

Position Requirements (Work Experience, Skills, Licenses, etc.):

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience facilitating training for frontline or field audiences.
  • Comfort facilitating in non-traditional environments.
  • Strong adult facilitation and communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Ability to build credibility with Operations leaders and Field Management.
  • Skilled in modeling effective facilitation practices for internal leaders.

Education and Experience

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in training facilitation for field-based employees.

Desired:

  • Experience in construction or industrial environments.

  • Leadership training facilitation experience and familiarity with adult learning principles.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.

Travel Requirements:

Travel to (field, shop, project site) may be required 30-50% of the time.

Hours:

This is a non-exempt position. Workdays are scheduled from Monday through Friday. Typically, work hours begin and end between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm as scheduled with the position's supervisor. Work outside of regular hours may occasionally be necessary to meet business needs.

  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

  • Occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch.

Competitive Wages:

$37.73 to $48.19 per hour. Applicants please note that actual compensation is determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location, among others. The offered wage or salary is only one aspect of an employee's total compensation.
