Job Description

  • Identify the educational needs of salon professionals and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Equip educators with the necessary brand knowledge, product expertise, and teaching techniques to deliver effective training sessions.
  • Develop and conduct training workshops, seminars, and online modules to educate and upskill educators.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align education initiatives with brand objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, loyalty, and preference among salon professionals.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement client onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition and integration of new clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align onboarding strategies with client acquisition goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to integrate educational programs into sales strategies.
  • Utilize education initiatives to upsell and cross-sell products and services to salons.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of education initiatives on key business metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and future planning.
