In this role, you will be at the heart of our educational activities—planning and executing high-quality events, hands-on training, and congress participation for dental professionals internationally.

If you thrive on managing details, working with multiple stakeholders, and creating exceptional experiences, this is a great opportunity to grow within a global medical device company.

Event Planning, Execution & Logistics

  • Plan, organize, and execute events including hands-on courses, webinars, and in-person events in Israel and abroad

  • Own event timelines, agendas, and checklists from planning through post-event wrap-up

  • Collaborate with production companies and service providers to ensure all technical, operational, and experience requirements are met

  • Serve as the on-site event lead, overseeing setup, live delivery, vendor coordination, and post‑event breakdown

Speaker & Vendor Management

  • Manage speakers' schedules, travel, accommodation, honoraria, and contracts

  • Source, brief, and manage external vendors (venues, AV suppliers, catering, agencies, photographers)

  • Track vendor contracts, invoices, and all event-related documentation

Communications, Branding & Attendee Experience

  • Coordinate event communications, including invitations, agendas, registrations, and attendee information

  • Oversee attendee logistics (registration lists, badges, agendas) and collect post-event evaluations and feedback

  • Work with vendors and internal teams to create flyers, brochures, and training materials in alignment with company branding guidelines.

Warehouse Administration & Shipping Coordination

  • Support managing training and marketing inventory, including demo products, hands-on materials, and branded items

  • Coordinate international and local shipments for training events, including packing and unpacking materials, preparing detailed shipping lists, and working closely with the shipping/logistics department to ensure timely delivery and returns.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience coordinating events or educational programs (medical/dental industry – an advantage)

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work with multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Willingness to travel abroad and be on-site for events as needed
