FRMIC (Fast Retailing Management & Innovation Center) focuses on building leadership capabilities and driving talent development across our corporate and store operations functions. This department partners closely with business leaders to deliver impactful training programs aligned with Fast Retailing’s global philosophy.
About the Role:
The Training & Development Supervisor is a hands-on, execution-focused role that will play a key part in enhancing the capability of UNIQLO Vietnam's employees. This role will lead the design, coordination, and execution of strategic training programs aligned with Fast Retailing’s business philosophy and talent development goals.
*Note: this position is individual contributor and open for Vietnamese nationality only.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and continuous improvement of company’s education frameworks, including onboarding, functional skills, and talent development programs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess capability needs and co-create impactful learning solutions.
Coordinate and support the delivery of philosophy training and business leader education programs (e.g., localization of global training content).
Manage training logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination for large-scale internal events and learning activities.
Monitor and continuously improve the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection, data analysis, and reporting.
Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and digital learning tools.
Act as a learning partner to business units, supporting capability building and talent development initiatives.
Support the development of competency models, career path frameworks, and internal promotion systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HRBP, or HR consulting.
Experience in fast-paced industries such as Retail, FMCG, or Services is highly preferred.
Proven experience in coordinating or supporting training programs and internal development initiatives.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); able to deliver training and communicate with global stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint); experience with digital learning tools is a plus.

Experience in organizing or supporting large-scale internal events (e.g., company-wide training) is a strong plus.
