
Abound Health is seeking a Training & Development Specialist – IDD Services (Bilingual Spanish) to join our Training in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will report to the Director of Training & Development and play a vital role in preparing, supporting, and empowering our workforce to provide high-quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This position blends instructional delivery, curriculum preparation, and employee support. You’ll lead required trainings, mentor new team members, and ensure staff are equipped to meet compliance, safety, and quality expectations. You will be expected to provide training in person at 3-4 of our office locations within New Jersey.
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is $55,000 – $60,000 annually.
Base pay is determined by factors such as location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and wellness benefits beginning on your 60th day of employment. Our 401(k) plan is available after 12 months of employment.
