About Us:

ACE Money Transfer is a UK-based multinational company headquartered in Manchester, United Kingdom. ACE Money Transfer provides online remittance services to individuals in 29 countries across the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia, enabling them to send money across borders in over 100 countries

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning Program Coordination

• Coordinate training schedules, onboarding sessions, workshops, and learning activities.
• Manage participant communication, training logistics, and documentation.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and feedback.

2. Learning Management System (LMS)

• Support LMS administration, including course creation, enrollments, and learner tracking.
• Maintain accurate training records and generate routine LMS reports.
• Provide basic user support and promote LMS adoption.

3. Learning Content Development

• Assist in developing presentations, training guides, SOPs, and e-learning content.
• Update learning materials and coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.

4. Training Delivery

• Support classroom, virtual, and onboarding training sessions.
• Coordinate training logistics, resources, and facilitator requirements.
• Collect participant feedback and maintain training evaluation records.

5. Learning Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain training records and prepare learning reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Track attendance, completion rates, assessment results, and learner feedback.

Support the preparation of learning dashboards and training KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
