Job Description

  • Develop a Training Roadmap for Telesales staff, covering Onboarding, Skill Improvement, and Career Development
  • Organize training classes according to the established roadmap and/or invite guest speakers to share knowledge aligned with the defined objectives.
  • Create recognition programs and engagement programs to build strong motivation among employees.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Understand selling process (Tele s ales) Experience at least 5 Years.
  • Communication & Story Telling.
  • Ability to measure performance.
  • Great organizational and interpersonal skills.
