The role & team
We’re looking for an Audiology Training & Development Manager to join our Audiology. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering and continuously improving engaging training and development programs across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll support Audiology Partners, Store Team Members, and key support teams through high-quality induction, operational, leadership, and clinical training experiences.
Working closely with stakeholders across Professional Development, Operations, and Retail Training & Development, you’ll help drive capability, consistency, and continuous learning across the business. From facilitating workshops and online learning to identifying improvement opportunities and measuring training effectiveness, you’ll play a key role in supporting the ongoing success and development of our teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate learning professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and creating impactful learning experiences that support business outcomes.
At Specsavers, we embrace a hybrid approach to working. When not working remotely, this role will be based at our Port Melbourne Support Office.
The skills we are looking for
Background in adult learning principles and facilitating virtual and face to face training sessions to small and large groups
Experience in leadership and behavioural/soft skills training
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong confidence in stakeholder engagement, with a proactive, curious, and collaborative approach
Cert IV in Training and Assessment is highly regarded
