Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated Training & Development Intern to support the Training & Development department in delivering organizational development and engagement initiatives. This role assists in the coordination, execution and documentation of various training programs, including manufacturing knowledge and operational skills courses. The intern will also play a key role in supporting PBI development across TD and Production departments to ensure smooth implementation and alignments with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and validating training-related data, including program completion records, for integration into Power BI dashboards.
• Support the preparation, cleaning, and maintenance of datasets and dashboard visuals to provide accurate training performance insights.
• Support in building, cleaning, datasets and maintaining Power BI dashboard visuals for training performance insights.
• Support training programs and logistics, including booking room, setting training environment and preparing of printed materials.
• Assist in creating, enhancing training content including slides, handouts and visual aids.
• Support standardising training templates to ensure consistency and alignments with organisational standards.
• Generate and print monthly training course photos and course information in slide format for Bedok Noticeboard (Level 2)
• Assist end-to-end training administration process, including course nomination communications, scheduling, monitoring registrations and approvals, and managing rescheduling or cancellations.
• Coordinate all logistical arrangements by preparing training materials, attendance lists, compilation of evaluation forms and booking suitable venues to ensure smooth delivery of courses.
• Assist with and complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the training team to support ongoing projects and operational needs.

Required Experience and Skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Learning & Development, Psychology, Communications, or any related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (E.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, clean, validate, and interpret data.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Desired Experience and Skills

• Basic knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is preferred.
• Experience in training coordination, event planning, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Educational background in engineering—particularly the Semiconductor industry—is a plus.
