Entry Point North is one of the world’s leading ATS academies. We deliver ATS training and related services at our training centres, at client sites around the globe and online. Our HQ is based in Malmö, Sweden, and we have offices in Madrid, Budapest, Brussels, Shannon, Dublin and Copenhagen.

We are here to empower the people who safeguard our skies, and are currently looking for a Training Design Specialist to join us at Entry Point North in Malmö: are you our new brave, responsible, innovative and open-minded colleague?

As Training Design Specialist (TDS) ATCO you will design training modules and services for our key and strategic partners and ensure their readiness for delivery. You will create new training concepts and solutions in line with EPN's business plan and ensure we are in line with customer and regulatory requirements.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

• Design and maintain training modules and services where primarily operational ATC expertise is needed

• Actively contribute with ATC experience and knowledge to projects related to simulator and exercise development

• Provide alignment between theoretical and practical training and assessment

• Drive and manage projects related to training design and improvement of EPN training concepts

• Ensure regulatory compliance of training modules, related documentation and alignment with EPN pedagogical approach

• Participate in various projects across the EPN Group

Occasional travel based on business needs may occur.

You will report to Training Design & Simulation Director.

Your team

You will be part of the Training Design & Simulation department, working in a team of Training Design Specialists, Data Prep Specialists and a Simulator Director.

We combine operational experience, pedagogy and simulator work to create training that is both realistic and effective, and we are actively working on rethinking how ATCO training can be designed and delivered.

Your background

We are looking for someone with various ATC ratings, ideally ADC and APS,as well as operational ATC experience. You enjoy working with others, and can manage stakeholders and see a project through. You have good project management skills and are structured in your way of taking work on. You have a creative and innovative approach when it comes to solving problems, and you enjoy being involved in different types of projects.
