Training Deployment Manager, Continence Care

Based in Humlebæk, Denmark, you will become part of the Continence Care team who sets the direction of all commercial initiatives and global product launches that significantly improve the lives of people with intimate healthcare needs.
We are looking for a new colleague who can drive training programs to enable sales excellence in various channels (HCPs, Consumers, Direct business). Joining us you will become a part of a high performing team that sets the global direction for how we sell our Continence Care offerings. You will be responsible for creating training programs to support the implementation of commercial initiatives in our subsidiaries across the world. You will be a bridge between our sales teams and the wider Continence Care organisation, ensuring that all initiatives we develop are deployed in the most effective way.
