Emergency Preparedness: Lead training programs for mine rescue, first aid, disaster management, and self-rescuer usage. Coordinate site-wide mock drills regularly.
Contractor Workforce Management: Validate, onboard, and train large volumes of contractual laborers and truck drivers, ensuring 100% safety onboarding compliance before site entry.
Delivery Innovation: Transition legacy training methods into modern digital architectures, incorporating virtual reality (VR) safety simulators, digital Learning Management Systems (LMS), and interactive safety visualizer tools.
Proven track record of 10+ years in training delivery, with a focus on technical and management training within the cement or manufacturing industry.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing training programs aligned with sustainability and green energy initiatives.
Demonstrated expertise in workforce development, skill gap analysis, and learning solution design.
