Job Description

Role:

Drive process improvements and data-driven insights for training operations. Analyse training data, identify operational efficiencies, and implement systematic improvements to enhance training delivery and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards for training metrics

  • Analyse training programme effectiveness and recommend improvements

  • Design and implement process improvements for certificate management, invoice submission, and data entry

  • Coordinate digitalised training content and manage system workflows

  • Prepare analytical reports and support training operations across multiple locations

  • Assist with other operational and administrative tasks as required

Requirements:


  • Degree in any discipline

  • 1–2 years' working experience; fresh graduates may be considered

  • Experience in Adult Learning, L&D, programme evaluation, or data analytics preferred

  • Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills

  • Proficient in IT systems and data management

  • Team-oriented with excellent project coordination skills and attention to detail

  • Passion for process improvement and collaborative work

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

  • Working hours 8.15 am to 5.45 pm (Mon to Thur), 8.15 am to 5.15 pm (Fri)
