
Training Coordinator - Valdosta, GA
This is an exempt level position.
The Training Coordinator serves as the key resource and coach for implementing PE and Learning practices across the operation. This role works in close partnership with the site leadership team to assess the current state, envision the desired future state, and develop a strategic plan to drive the organization forward.
The Training Coordinator may facilitate and lead training sessions while also mentoring and empowering other team members to enhance their ability to deliver training and lead sessions independently. Additionally, this role acts as the primary point of contact for ADM’s central PE & Learning teams, ensuring the effective implementation of training, continuous improvement standards, and best practices drawn from ADM and industry benchmarks.
By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning, the Training Coordinator plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting the organization's strategic goals.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$52,800.00 - $99,400.00
