Specific Requirements
Technical or higher education qualification in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Welding, or a related field;
Minimum of six years of technical experience;
Proven experience in training and coordinating technical trainers;
Type A Pedagogical Training of Trainers Certificate, issued or recognised by the Instituto Dom Bosco;
Experience in managing workshops, equipment, materials, and practical assessments;
Knowledge of quality management systems and HSE;
Technical English is mandatory.

Availability to work in Afungi on a permanent or rotational basis;
Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
Strict compliance with HSE and project safety procedures;
Ability to provide certificates, professional references, and supporting documents confirming experience;
Adequate computer skills relevant to the position;
Fluent communication in Portuguese;
Knowledge of English is preferred;
Availability to participate in induction, training, and mobilisation processes;
Ability to provide a criminal record certificate and medical fitness certificate when requested.
