Meet your future team

The Training & Event Organisation (TEO) team supports the delivery of learning programmes across Luxembourg and EMEA. You will work closely with Training Coordinators and Learning & Development teams to deliver classroom, virtual and hybrid learning experiences.

What your role will look like

As an Associate, you contribute to client engagements as a reliable and curious team member. You take ownership of your work, collaborate with colleagues across different projects and clients, and help deliver high-quality outcomes that create value for clients and the team. Through each experience, you build your professional expertise, broaden your understanding of the business, and strengthen your personal brand within the Firm.

  • Take ownership of deliverables and contribute to quality outcomes for clients and internal teams.
  • Gather and analyse information from different sources to identify patterns, draw conclusions, and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across projects, contributing constructively to shared objectives.
  • Apply professional and technical standards, while respecting the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
  • Seek feedback, reflect on it, and apply lessons learned to improve performance and effectiveness.
  • Build your commercial awareness by developing an understanding of client needs, business priorities, and industry trends.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new challenges, clients, tools, and ways of working.

The skills you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Management or a related field
  • Proficient / Independent use of Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
