GENERAL FUNCTION: Coordinate the training schedules for students, projects, and outreach activities. Assist with all trainings offered by the Dispute Resolution Center. Support marketing efforts, as directed by the training manager. Provide administrative support for Small Claims Court and Renters Certification as needed. Coordinate and organize projects, logistics, and the delivery of all trainings. Technology support during training utilizing zoom, google docs, including managing the chat for the trainer.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES

  • Coordinate all functions of the training department
  • Prepare training material for distribution
  • Process student registrations and assist to fill classes
  • Establish and promote relationships with students
  • Liaison to the public, community, and citizens
  • Coordinate and prepare special projects as assigned
  • Provide online training technical support (zoom and Google Docs)
  • Support with data collection for all training projects including Renters Certification
  • Provide administrative support for Small Claims Court mediations
  • Other DRC duties as assigned

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum typing requirement 40 to 45 wpm
  • Intermediate level Zoom (managing multiple zoom rooms proficiently is a must).
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office 365
  • Intermediate level of Excel/google sheets
  • Intermediate level of google office tools/sharing process
  • Intermediate level Outlook
  • Consistent accuracy/ Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work cooperatively with staff, students, and the community (team player)
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently on complex tasks

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in project coordination, outreach, sales and marketing, and customer service
  • Experience coordinating daily activities and/or training calendars
  • Demonstrated belief in alternative dispute resolution processes

IMPACT OF RESULTS:

  • Training department has exceeded the assigned financial and enrollment goals.
  • Increase in development and expansion of the DRC training program.
