Ponte Vedra Resorts is looking for an energetic Training Coordinator to support Learning & Development across all four of our prestigious clubs. This role is at the heart of colleague development, helping create unforgettable onboarding experiences, engaging training programs.
Every day is different—you may be setting up an orientation, creating a fun Service Energizer activity, coordinating leadership training, writing articles for our internal newsletters or organizing well thought of training programs.

What You'll Do
As our Training Coordinator, you'll help create exceptional experiences for our team members by:
• Coordinating new hire orientation and onboarding for all four clubs.
• Preparing engaging training materials, participant packets, presentations, and interactive learning activities.
• Setting up classrooms and training spaces to create welcoming learning environments.
• Managing training calendars and scheduling colleagues for orientation, leadership programs, and development classes.
• Purchasing and maintaining training supplies, classroom materials, and resources.
• Processing invoices, catering requests, and event logistics, including BEO coordination.
• Maintaining employee training records and ensuring compliance with training requirements.
• Entering and maintaining data across multiple systems, including Dayforce, UniFocus, SharePoint, and other Learning & Development platforms.
• Supporting colleague recognition programs, including Awardco, Strive for 5, Years of Service, and appreciation initiatives.
• Creating engaging content for internal newsletters, digital communications, bulletin boards, and employee engagement campaigns.
• Assisting with Work at All Four Clubs and other colleague development programs.
• Tracking attendance, communicating training compliance, and assisting with payroll notifications.
• Auditing training records and ensuring the accuracy of Learning & Development databases.
• Traveling between all four clubs to support training events and colleague engagement activities.
• Partnering with Human Resources and department leaders to ensure every new colleague has an exceptional onboarding experience.
• Supporting special projects and new initiatives that strengthen our culture and commitment to Forbes Five-Star service.
What We're Looking For
Education
• Bachelor's degree preferred; related experience may be substituted.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members, leaders, members, and guests.
Experience
• Previous experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, hospitality, or administrative support preferred.
• Experience coordinating events, training programs, onboarding, or employee engagement initiatives is highly desirable.
• Hospitality or luxury service experience is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
We're looking for someone who is:
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Creative and enjoys designing engaging experiences.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with people at every level of the organization.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiar with HRIS systems such as Dayforce (preferred).
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Passionate about hospitality, learning, and creating memorable colleague experiences.
• A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across departments.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and excited to learn new things.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and travel between all four club locations.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds for classroom setup, events, and training materials.
• Ability to operate computers and office equipment for extended periods.
• Ability to assist with meeting and classroom setup and breakdown.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
