This role is a Training Coordinator role and works within the Customer Success team

The Role: Training Coordinator/Scheduler

If you’re organised, enthusiastic, and a multitasking master, this job is calling your name! Based at our Melbourne office, Mulgrave, VIC. you’ll be at the heart of coordinating training courses across Australia while providing top-notch service to clients and trainers.

You’ll report to the National Customer Success Manager, and your job will be to keep everything running smoothly—making sure our trainers, clients, and courses are always on track.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate Training Courses: Organise training across Australia and work with clients, our sales team, and trainers.
  • Client Support: Be the go-to expert for clients—answer their questions and provide support.
  • Travel Coordination: Book travel for trainers, ensuring their schedules are always spot-on.
  • Data Management: Keep track of course details and ensure everything’s RTO-compliant.
  • Email & Call Support: Answer calls and emails like a pro—quick and friendly!
  • Training Logistics: Manage resources, venues, and equipment for training days.
  • Administrative Magic: Keep the office running smoothly, assist with urgent tasks, and help out where needed.
  • Be the Problem Solver: Things get busy, but you thrive under pressure!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Great Communicator: You love talking to people and can handle multiple stakeholders.
  • Scheduling Pro: At least 2 years of Scheduling experience—preferably in an RTO.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office and student management systems.
  • Organised & Reliable: You manage your time like a superhero and never miss a deadline.
  • Positive Attitude: You’re upbeat, ready to take on challenges, and make clients feel great!
  • Confidential & Compliant: You understand the importance of privacy and following compliance standards.
