Job Description

Job Location: LaPorte - LaPorte, IN 46350MonoSol is currently in the process of reviewing and enhancing its operational procedures to focus on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Consistency.  This position will work with a cross-functional team including members from Safety, Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance departments to develop and update production procedures and facilitate training to ensure all production team members are trained effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
Improvement/Innovation
Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis, and use established change management programs to address them.
Document Preparation
Draft and maintain basic technical and/or user documentation to a high standard. Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
Data-Driven Process Improvement
Support data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Learning and Development Program Delivery
Deliver training courses or programs, engaging, advising, and guiding learners and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes.
Audit Compliance
Develop individual audit plans and detailed scope, deliver the fieldwork, report findings and opinions, agree on corrective actions with auditees, and refer serious or contentious issues to the lead auditor.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years general experience in manufacturing environment.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Degree in technical field or equivalent preferred. Will consider experience in lieu of degree.
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Must be able to travel to all MonoSol facilities (minimal) in Northwest and Central Indiana (Merrillville, Portage, Duneland, LaPorte, and Lebanon).
- Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and processes.
