Job Description

We are currently searching for an exceptional Training Coordinatorto join our team in Corona, CA. The Training Coordinatorwill collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to create a training schedule that includes all areas of practice, in accordance with work instructions and standard work. They will perform routine competency assessments to build rapport with trainees through various training sessions across different departments to ensure cross training within department and organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Create a training schedule that includes all areas of practice, in accordance with work instructions and standard work
  • Maintain an updated skill matrix by departments showing skills level and propose plans to close gap in training levels
  • Improve and sustain production certification programs
  • Performs routine competency assessments
  • Build rapport with trainees and encourage them to develop trust in one another so they can rely on each other in the field
  • Onboard new hires and train them in our policies and procedures
  • Organize training sessions with different departments to ensure cross training within department and organization
  • Prepare documentation and materials necessary to perform training effectiveness validation
  • Schedules and then evaluates all employee tasks for recurrent training, ultimately determining whether the employee still demonstrates the task as per the training standards
  • Order training supplies and materials to enhance instruction program
  • Audits and identifies performance, programs, and system operation deficiencies, and recommends solutions
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and standards
  • Ability to translate complex problems and concepts in training
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Record keeping of training documentation
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Required: Minimum High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Bilingual English/ Spanish required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in this type of position or similar

Subject to the foregoing, the current pay scale for this position is $25 per hour.
