What is the role?
Reporting to the Head of Training, this role is all about bringing learning to life. You will design and deliver engaging training experiences and create high-impact visual content that supports onboarding, strengthens operations, and enhances internal communication. You will also help evolve our learning platforms, ensuring everything we produce is on brand, visually compelling, and practical for real-world use.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Training Design and Delivery
Enhance the Yoobic platform by creating engaging, practical training. Design eLearning, presentations, video content and supporting resources, translating business and operational priorities into clear, learner-focused content.
Brand and Graphic Design
Develop visually engaging digital and print assets that align with brand standards. Refresh training materials to meet templates and guidelines, delivering polished, production-ready work.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Collaborate across the business to create engaging content. Support senior leaders with on-brand presentations and ensure alignment with key priorities.
Systems and Administration
Support LMS management to keep content current and effective. Stay across industry trends and contribute to ad hoc projects in a fast-paced environment.
