What to expect

In this role, you will act as a key interface between the company and international partners, primarily within the German-speaking market. You will contribute significantly to the conceptual, analytical, and content-driven aspects of training and consulting projects, ensuring high quality, structure, and consistency across deliverables.

You will be involved in the development of project concepts, analysis of requirements and processes, and the creation of structured reports, presentations, and evaluations for both internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a high level of professionalism, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, well-structured outputs.

Close collaboration with internal teams, adherence to defined processes, and strict compliance with security and confidentiality standards are essential to this role.

Task Description

• Develop and structure training and consulting concepts.
• Analyze project requirements, workflows, and outcomes.
• Prepare clear, data-driven reports, analyses, and presentations.
• Coordinate and communicate with international project partners.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Translate complex information into structured, audience-appropriate content.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a University or Technical University (or equivalent).
• Full professional proficiency in German (C1 level, written and spoken).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to create structured documentation and professional reports.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Professional demeanor, reliability, discretion, and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to consulting, training, or project-based roles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
