Job Purpose:
The service training consultant will develop and deliver comprehensive training solutions, which involve proficiently using and maintaining training aids and lab equipment. The consultant will also collaborate with the project team lead to create instructor-led training (ILTs) and web-based training (WBTs) on relevant subjects based on the required area of expertise. Actively involved in promoting continuous improvement, optimizing resource utilization, and driving technological adoption, ensuring that training initiatives are consistently aligned with organizational goals and standards. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in French and Arabic being an advantage.

Training Operations Knowledge of training processes and procedures; ability to implement training related tasks and programs to ensure smooth daily and strategic training operations.
