Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end training logistics, including scheduling sessions, booking meeting rooms/virtual platforms, and sharing training calendars
  • Liaise with trainers, managers, and participants to ensure smooth execution of training programs
  • Track attendance, maintain training records, and update learning management systems or trackers
  • Monitor training completion status and follow up with stakeholders on pending activities
  • Support onboarding and new hire training coordination activities
  • Collect participant feedback and assist in identifying areas for process or training improvement
  • Generate training reports and dashboards for leadership review
