MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Open and close the store following the correct company procedures
Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback
SupporttheStore Management teamon overall storeand back of housestandards
Assistin training and coaching Associates
To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
Help to ensure the storeremainscommercial as possible followingcompanyguidelines
Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
Responsiblefor maintaininghealth, safety, and environmental standards in store
Perform other dutiesthatasrequiredfrom the management team
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
Team Player
Previousretail experience desirable or proven experience in a team environment
Demonstrate customer service skills
A passion for retail and sales
Desire to learn
Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes
Understanding of POS register systems
Effective communication skills
Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
