MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Open and close the store following the correct company procedures

  • Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback

  • SupporttheStore Management teamon overall storeand back of housestandards

  • Assistin training and coaching Associates

  • To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance

  • Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store

  • Help to ensure the storeremainscommercial as possible followingcompanyguidelines

  • Adhere to company’s policies and procedures

  • Responsiblefor maintaininghealth, safety, and environmental standards in store

  • Perform other dutiesthatasrequiredfrom the management team

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Team Player

  • Previousretail experience desirable or proven experience in a team environment

  • Demonstrate customer service skills

  • A passion for retail and sales

  • Desire to learn

  • Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes

  • Understanding of POS register systems

  • Effective communication skills

  • Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
