Overall management of the training centre, team coordination, client relationship management, operational control, HSE, budgeting, and reporting.
Specific Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Education, Human Resources, or a related field;
Minimum of six years of experience in managing training centres or similar operations;
Experience in team management, client relations, budgeting, and performance indicators;
Good knowledge of HSE, operational planning, and report preparation;
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory;
Experience in the Oil & Gas, construction, or industrial sector will be an advantage.

Availability to work in Afungi on a permanent or rotational basis;
Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
Strict compliance with HSE and project safety procedures;
Ability to provide certificates, professional references, and supporting documents confirming experience;
Adequate computer skills relevant to the position;
Fluent communication in Portuguese;
Knowledge of English is preferred;
Availability to participate in induction, training, and mobilisation processes;
Ability to provide a criminal record certificate and medical fitness certificate when requested.
