职位描述
岗位职责 1. 核心职责：区域带教落地，持续性的区域培训事务管理及反馈 2.目标达成：围绕总部对于人员培养的需求，推进区域培训进度及赋能结果，对区域的培训数据情况进行分析和复盘 3.需求转化：能清晰理解用户的需求，并能结合培训产品，制定个性化的赋能方案并落地的能力 4.日常管理：根据区域的业务情况，保持高效的区域沟通和业务机制，负责培训工作标准落地 工作内容 1.保持与区域业务负责人的充分沟通，对接和反馈培训需求 2.区域培训进度和结果推进及反馈 3.区域能力提升计划制定、落地及协助闭环 4.管理和培养门店负责人的带教工作 5.按照固定节奏巡店，确保带教执行落地 6.区域 Mentor 能力辅导提升
职位要求
1.全面了解区域业务管理和用户体验的相关工作内容 2.做过销售/服务类工作，沟通能力强 3.熟悉各项课程内容和区域培训相关工作 4.具备部分培训运营及带教辅导技能
