The Training Assistant plays a key role in supporting the execution of training programs—from content creation to coordination and delivery. This role is best suited for someone highly proactive, resourceful, and able to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
You'll be working closely with the training lead, contributing to both the creative and operational sides of learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the creation of training materials, including presentations and short-form learning videos (guidance and training will be provided)
Support the design of visually engaging content such as slide decks, training assets, and learning materials
Coordinate training logistics, including venue setup, schedules, and participant communication
Develop EDMs and marketing materials to promote training programs
Manage administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth training execution
Provide day-to-day support to the training lead, ensuring priorities are aligned and tasks are delivered efficiently
Adapt quickly to shifting requirements and support multiple initiatives simultaneously
Qualifications and Skills
Strong command of English, both written and verbal
Proactive mindset—you don't wait to be told what to do
High level of practical judgment and common sense in handling tasks and situations
Open to feedback and able to apply it constructively
Willingness to learn and use AI tools for content creation and productivity
Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environments
