Many software companies already serve small businesses incredibly well: helping them send invoices, run payroll, manage inventory, and more. They’re on a mission to become the central hub for managing every aspect of business life.
But when it comes to financial workflows, there’s still a gap. Too many critical tasks like managing cash flow, tracking payments, or reconciling accounts happen outside the software, across spreadsheets, email threads, banking portals.
It’s a missed opportunity. Business software shouldn’t just record financial activity — it should run it.

You will be a part of the People team and report to Anne, our HR Director. Our people team is a key pillar to Swan's success and includes HR, Recruitment, and Office Management. Your role will make you the go-to expert for all training topics within the HR team, owning the full training lifecycle for our ~350 Swanees.
✨ Your mission:
Training provider management
You will be the primary contact and coordinator for all external training organizations operating at Swan:
The language training provider
The management training partner
The mental health and well-being training provider
The mandatory safety training providers
Training planning & engineering
Build and manage the annual training calendar: plan and schedule all sessions
Participate in the design of training modules alongside providers and internal facilitators
Send all invitations and manage participant communications ahead of each session
Quality & satisfaction monitoring
Systematically organize post-training satisfaction surveys after each session
Analyze survey results and continuously improve training quality
Reporting & budget
Maintain live, permanent reporting on training activity: number of employees trained, internal vs. external ratio, costs
Track the training budget and process all purchase requests when contracting with providers
Produce mandatory statutory training reports and prepare CSE presentations
Annual training needs analysis (February/March)
Collect and analyze training needs from individual employee performance reviews
Facilitate arbitration sessions with managers and HR: validate or reject training requests within the allocated budget
Communicate validated training decisions to all employees
Year-round training deployment
Drive the full deployment of the validated annual training plan
Serve as the key reference point for all internal trainers (nearly 50% of modules are delivered by internal facilitators)
Keep all training documentation up to date in the Notion knowledge base, accessible to all Swanees

You are a student in a Master's degree (business school, HR, L&D...) and you are looking for at least 1 year of apprenticeship
Experience: you have a first internship or project experience in HR or training/L&D
Start-up mode: you enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced, target-driven, and team-oriented environment
