Vos missions et responsabilités

En tant qu’ alternant chargé de formation (H/F) vous serez intégré au service ressources humaines. Votre mission consistera à assurer le bon fonctionnement et la mise en œuvre du plan de compétences.

Vos missions :

1.Création du plan de compétences (recensement des besoins & arbitrage budgétaire)

2.Organisation et suivi des formations internes et externes

3.Développement du partenariat avec les académies de formations internes

4.Ingénierie de formation

5.Maintien de la base de données SIRH et reporting

6.Animation de formation pour les nouveaux arrivants

7.Gestion des entretiens professionnels pour le personnel non cadre

8.Gestion des commandes d’achat et des demandes de subventions

9. Gestion et suivi administratif des contrats d’apprentissage et des stages

Votre profil et vos compétences

• Recherchez une alternance en Master 1 ou 2 (avec une spécialisation en Ressources Humaines).
• Vous êtes à l’aise dans les échanges en anglais.
• Dynamique et de bonne disposition pour le travail en équipe
• Prêt(e) à apprendre le métier de manière pragmatique !
• Esprit ouvert, vous êtes force de proposition
• Excellent relationnel, écoute et analyse des situations
• Curieux, capable d’apporter un « regard neuf » sur le fonctionnement d’une organisation
• Maitrise des outils bureautiques et notamment excel
