Training and Systems CoordinatorThe Training & Systems Co-ordinator is a regional Centre of Excellence role within Asset Services EMEA, accountable for strengthening digital capability, operational systems governance and structured learning effectiveness across multiple markets.
The role ensures that Asset Services operational platforms with particular emphasis on Yardi as the core EMEA property management ERP, are consistently configured, governed and adopted in alignment with EMEA operating standards.
Operating as a first-line enablement function, the position drives disciplined system usage, competency alignment and measurable adoption across Property Management, Facilities Management and Client Finance functions.
The role plays a critical part in elevating digital maturity across EMEA, ensuring operational teams are equipped with the capability, system discipline and governance awareness required to deliver consistent, compliant and data-driven performance.
The Training & Systems Co-ordinator partners closely with the Process Improvement Co-ordinator (process architecture), Internal Controls & Audit Co-ordinator (assurance and control testing), Senior Solutions Manager (system configuration and ERP evolution), and Key Client Programme Leads to ensure that operational systems deliver measurable commercial value, reporting integrity and audit robustness.

Role Purpose:
The Training & Systems Co-ordinator is responsible for designing, implementing and governing structured operational training and systems frameworks across Asset Services EMEA.
The role translates operational and digital strategy into structured learning pathways, system governance standards and adoption frameworks that enhance reporting accuracy, operational efficiency and control discipline across EMEA markets.
Acting as a first-line enablement leader, the role is responsible for:
• EMEA Operational Systems governance (Yardi, and related platforms)
• Structured onboarding and induction frameworks for Asset Services
• Competency frameworks aligned to operational roles
• System adoption monitoring, optimisation and reporting
• Digital enablement initiatives across EMEA
The role works closely with the Process Improvement Co-ordinator to ensure processes are digitally enabled, and with the Internal Controls & Audit Co-ordinator to ensure system usage supports audit readiness and control compliance, maintaining clear separation between enablement (1st line) and assurance (2nd line).

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • EMEA Systems Governance Ownership: Maintain oversight of operational ERP and workflow platforms, ensuring structured configuration alignment with EMEA process standards.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting Discipline: Promote accurate and consistent system data entry standards to support financial reporting reliability and audit readiness.
  • Digital Transformation Readiness: Lead structured user adoption and training frameworks during system upgrades and regional technology rollouts.
  • Training Architecture Design: Develop and implement structured onboarding programmes for Property Management, Facilities Management and Client Finance teams.
  • Competency Framework Development: Define role-based competency matrices aligned to operational standards, governance requirements and system usage expectations.
  • Learning Pathway Development: Create structured learning journeys incorporating instructor-led training, digital modules, reference guides and practical system walkthroughs.
  • System Adoption Monitoring: Establish measurable KPIs for system usage, training completion and operational compliance, reporting regularly to EMEA leadership.
  • Knowledge Management Governance: Develop and maintain centralised knowledge libraries, playbooks and digital user guides.
  • Change & Communication Planning: Support structured communication strategies for system updates and training initiatives.
  • Collaboration with: Align operational training programmes with corporate LMS structures while ensuring Asset Services-specific requirements are addressed.
  • Operational Risk Mitigation (1st Line): Identify system-related operational risks and implement structured training or governance interventions to mitigate exposure.
  • Risk & Compliance Platform Enablement: Support disciplined usage of operational risk and incident management systems across EMEA.
  • Continuous Improvement of Learning Effectiveness: Analyse feedback, performance data and audit findings to refine training programmes and system governance.

CORE KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in operational systems management, digital enablement or training within commercial real estate or professional services.
  • Strong working knowledge of Yardi property management ERP (preferred), with demonstrated ability to support system governance, user training, reporting discipline and data integrity standards.
  • Experience designing structured onboarding and competency frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering instructor-led and digital training programmes.
  • Understanding of operational governance, risk frameworks and audit expectations.
  • Experience working within matrix organisations across multiple countries.
  • Strong data analysis capability to assess adoption metrics and training effectiveness.
  • Experience partnering with HR, IT and operational leadership.
  • Proven ability to translate operational requirements into structured learning solutions.
  • Excellent documentation capability for system guides and governance manuals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma in Business, HR, Real Estate, Technology or related discipline desirable.
  • Learning & Development or Digital Learning certification desirable.
  • Project Management qualification advantageous.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and ERP environments required.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Fluent English (additional European languages advantageous).
