Job Description
Industry: Association/NGO
Responsibilities:
Design and develop training programs and workshops aligned with FESC's goals and members' needs.
Communicate with subject matter experts to create training materials, curricula, and resources.
Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring effective logistics management.
Promote training workshops and partnership opportunities.
Serve as the point of contact for inquiries related to training and partnership.
Seek feedback from participants and partners to continuously improve training and partnerships.
Prepare reports on training outcomes.
Identify and establish partnerships with organizations and educational institutions for joint initiatives.
Seek sponsorship to support FESC.
Recruit new school members.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Secretary General and President.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in program development and implementation is preferred.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel as needed for training sessions and partnerships.
Good level of English Proficiency.
