The Learning & Development team is dedicated to helping Becklar employees build the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed. This team partners closely with operations leaders to ensure employees receive high-quality training that supports performance, engagement, and professional growth.
The Training & Instructional Design Specialist plays a key role in preparing new Monitoring Center team members for success while also helping design engaging learning experiences that support ongoing development across the organization. This hybrid role blends classroom facilitation with instructional design and is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys both teaching and creating learning content.
