Location: Dhaka,Dhaka Division,Bangladesh

We are seeking a proactive, technically-minded Training and Implementation Associate to drive client success, deliver essential training, and ensure project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Success & Training:

• Manage client relationships and ensure successful project implementation.

• Design and deliver effective training programs (online and onsite) on various solutions.

• Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to clients.

2. Data-Driven Content & Reporting:

• Create comprehensive training and support materials.

• Analyze training effectiveness data and develop performance reports, translating data into actionable insights.

3. Growth, Marketing, and Outreach:

• Communicate proactively with potential clients and articulate the value proposition of our services.

• Develop compelling marketing materials.

• Organize and execute promotional events (Conferences, Workshops, Information Sessions).

4. Tech Integration & Innovation:

• Actively explore and pilot new technological solutions, including AI and Machine Learning tools, to enhance internal productivity and client service delivery.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Disability Studies, Education, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Aptitude:

• Bilingual Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Analytical & Technical Acumen: Demonstrated interest in data analysis (spreadsheets, basic dashboards) and proven ability to use AI/GenAI tools for research and content creation.

• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, teaching, and public speaking.

• Strong computer skills and eagerness to master new cloud technologies.

• Willingness to travel for work when needed.
