About this role
Associates will apply communication, teamwork, adaptability, attention to detail and organizational skills to provide logistical support and research for strategic engagement with all elements of Carrier’s Knowledge Management Ecosystem. The role requires willingness to learn and be adaptable. One of the most exciting parts of this job is the opportunity to learn about all technical disciplines and interact with leadership, experts and learners of all levels from across the Carrier world. This position reports up through Engineering. The internship is part-time, 20 hours a week, but up to full time if candidate is willing.
Key Responsibilities
● Connect with Carrier experts around the world to implement Carrier Engineering University courses and events
● Provide tactical support for our knowledge sharing programs including Deep Smarts, Engineering Standard Work and Lessons Learned
● Support IACET re-accreditation
Required Qualifications
● Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, education or a related field
● 3.0 or higher GPA
Preferred Qualifications
· Able to work independently, displaying a high level of attention to detail
· Experience with web design and/or SharePoint
· Business, Marketing, Adult Learning, or Communications experience
· Experience collecting and presenting data effectively
· Ideal candidate will enjoy working in an inclusive and diverse environment and will enjoy working on a variety of different projects
