Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of jet aircraft from our base at Perth Airport and specialise in mining industry charters, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.
As a Training and Checking Compliance Officer, you will be accountable for ensuring the accuracy of all applicable databases. This includes monitoring change activities within Flight Operations, including regulatory changes, ensuring manuals and crew records are stored, updated and reviewed accordingly, and running expiry reports to ensure crew compliance.
Your key responsibilities will include managing crew legalities and expiries in the iFlight Crew database to ensure all crew are compliant and meet CASA regulations and company requirements. In addition, you will conduct audits of crew records and escalate any missing documentation or potential violations as required. You will also perform a range of administrative functions, including providing direct support to the Manager Regulatory Compliance.
