JC Aircraft Maintenance is an engineering services company supporting Ryanair’s engineering function in Spain, Portugal and Morocco.

JCAM is currently recruiting a Training Administrator to be based in Porto, Portugal.

As the successful candidate you will keep and maintain Ryanair high standards.

Main tasks for this role will be:

-Organize places, materials, training equipment and schedule trainers

-Identify skills shortages and training needs through surveys and performance assessments in coordination with RRHH and Training

-Evaluate the effectiveness of training through comments, tests and performance evaluations

-Register, control and follow the training and certifications of the JAES

-Working with RRHH and Management to align the JAE program with the company's objectives

-Keep up to date with trends in training and practices to improve learning experiences

Requirements

• Driver's license B;
• Fluent English;
• Good computer literacy (Excel, Word & PowerPoint);
• Excellent communication and organization skills;
• Must have a flexible approach to working in a fast-paced changing environment;
• A valid EU/EEA passport with unrestricted right to live and work in European Union.
