We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Training Administrator to join Minitab on a 9 month fixed-term contract, based in Coventry, UK.

This is a varied coordination role at the heart of our Educational Services operations. You’ll help ensure our training programmes run smoothly from initial booking and scheduling through to delivery and post-training support. You’ll coordinate training contracts, consultant schedules and logistics, maintain accurate systems and documentation, and provide responsive support to both customers and internal teams.

What you’ll be doing

As our Training Administrator, you’ll:

• Coordinate the end-to-end administration of Educational Services, including contractual agreements, schedules, consultant assignments and customer logistics.
• Manage training schedules and ensure the right resources and information are in place for successful delivery.
• Monitor the Training mailbox, responding to customer and internal enquiries relating to onsite, public and virtual training.
• Provide real-time support to colleagues and attendees during training sessions.
• Coordinate post-training activities, including the creation and distribution of certificates.
• Collect customer feedback and maintain training metrics and CSAT information to help us measure performance and continually improve our services.
• Maintain accurate customer and training information across relevant systems.
• Process Educational Services bookings through our CRM and support training manual requests.
• Review and submit subcontractor invoices relating to Educational Services.
• Support the management and updating of course materials, including translations.
• Prepare and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), reports and operational documentation.
• Work closely with colleagues across Customer Success, Field Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance to improve processes and support the effective delivery of our services.

The role combines hands-on training administration with broader service and cross-functional operations, so you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements as well as day-to-day delivery.

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring:

• 2+ years of customer-focused experience.
• Previous experience in a training coordination, training administration or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple schedules, activities and priorities.
• Confidence using Excel to maintain and update data, Outlook to manage schedules and Word to create documentation.
• Experience reviewing and maintaining information within a CRM system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
• A high school-level qualification or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Flexibility to travel domestically or internationally when required, although travel is expected to be less than 10%.
