Job Description

Are you an organised, detail‑driven administrator who enjoys keeping systems, training and people running smoothly?

We are looking for a Training Administrator to join The Coffee Club’s National Support Office. This role plays a critical behind‑the‑scenes part in supporting our training strategy, ensuring our café teams are onboarded, compliant and supported through well‑run systems and strong coordination.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys structure, coordination and working across multiple stakeholders, and who takes pride in keeping things accurate, organised and on track.

Who are we?

For 35 years, The Coffee Club has been an iconic and beloved staple in Australia. Built on a foundation of family, friends and meeting customer needs, we are more than just a café. We have created spaces that are casual yet sophisticated, stylish yet affordable.

Today, we are one of the world’s largest Australian café chains, serving millions of loyal customers. With that scale comes complexity, and that’s where strong systems, training support and coordination become essential.

What is the role?

Reporting to the Head of Training, the Training Administrator provides a mix of systems administration, coordination and general support across training platforms, coffee training programs and operational activities.

A key part of the role is being comfortable working in and across systems, while also supporting the practical coordination that keeps training running smoothly. You’ll contribute by:

  • Administering and supporting training systems such as Yoobic, including onboarding, compliance tracking and reporting
  • Maintaining accurate training, certification and compliance records
  • Coordinating coffee training logistics, schedules and attendance, including liaison with Nomad Coffee Group
  • Providing administrative support across training initiatives

This is a support office‑based role, working closely with Training, Operations, HR and Field teams to ensure systems, processes and coordination are reliable and well managed.

Who are we looking for?

You’re highly organised, proactive and comfortable working across systems, data and people.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in an administrative, coordination or training support role
  • Confidence working with learning platforms, systems or operational tools (e.g. Yoobic or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in compliance tracking and reporting
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Experience in hospitality, retail or franchise environments is highly regarded but not essential.

Why work with us?

  • Be part of a nationally recognised Australian brand
  • Play a critical role supporting training, capability and compliance at scale
  • Work in a collaborative, supportive head office environment
  • Build experience across training systems, reporting and operational coordination
  • Access a range of employee benefits, including employer‑funded paid parental leave, purchased annual leave, and subsidised learning and development programs

How do I apply?

If you enjoy creating order, supporting others and keeping systems running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

Please submit your CV outlining your suitability for the role.
