Job Description

• Train new service representatives throughout the Region
• Assist in coverage for understaffed centers throughout the region as needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Train service representatives on policies, procedures, systems, and all other job duties
• Assist understaffed locations by fulfilling the Service Representative position duties
• Complete thorough and accurate location reviews and vehicle inspections

• Assist in the development of processes and practices to improve regulatory compliance, safety, safe driving practices, efficiency, and all other center or employee needs

Qualifications

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Write routine reports and correspondence
• Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
• Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
• Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• CDL with HazMat endorsement preferred

Physical Demands:

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
